Den Grand Palace sollte man sich unbedingt anschauen. Der Palast befindet sich auf einem Gelände von 218.400 qm und ist von  langen Mauern umgeben die 1783 gebaut wurden.

 

Dieses bedeutendste Wahrzeichen Bangkoks am Ufer des Chao Phraya besteht aus über 100 Gebäuden in verschiedenen architektonischen Stilen. Das gesamte Gelände mit einer Fläche von mehr als 200.000 Quadratmetern wird von einer 1,9 Kilometer langen  Mauer umfasst.
